This page describes how to manage the site with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.
This is an information notice, pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation 16/679, hereinafter also, for brevity, “GDPR”, for the services and web pages of the site accessible electronically from the address: www.ferrari-ra.it corresponding to the home page of the site.
The information is provided exclusively in relation to the site in question and cannot be extended to other sites or pages not belonging to the site itself that are consulted by the user through links for which the user is encouraged to consult the respective privacy policies.

Type of data acquired and purpose of the processing

Navigation or usage data: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, these data will be therefore collected automatically when using this application.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), the cookies for which it is possible to consult the attached cookie policy, and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment including system logs and maintenance.
These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the purpose of:
– obtain statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
– check the correct functioning of the services offered.
Data communicated by the user: the visitor / user is not required to enter any personal data within the site, with the exception of the areas dedicated to the various services on the site, distributed by type: “QUOTE REQUEST AREA – INFORMATION and ASSISTANCE” and “SUBSCRIBE TO THE NEWSLETTER”. In the listed forms, if filled in freely by the user, there is a dedicated privacy policy.
The owner will process such data to provide the requested service in accordance with the indications of this Privacy Policy and the specific information provided during the registration phase.
Data relating to users who forward requests for information may also be sent to the e-mail address indicated on the site, info@ferrari-ra.it; these data will be used using IT and / or telematic tools, with strictly related organizational and logical methods for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested by the owner or in some cases by the subjects involved in the organization of the owner’s activity and appointed by him (administrative staff, assistants, commercial staff or IT system administrators).
The owner adopts the appropriate security measures to prevent any unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of such personal data.

Legal basis of the processing
The legal basis for the processing of the data communicated by you through the compilation of the forms is represented by the need of a contractual nature (request for assistance or sale of spare parts), or potentially pre-contractual expressed by sending the question and / or request for information, quotes or orders, or sending applications for open job positions.

Recipients or any categories of recipients of the data
The navigation data are handled only by technical personnel in charge of processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
Personal data voluntarily provided by users / visitors who forward requests for information or informative material, or requests of any other kind, are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested and will not be disclosed outside the company context, they will be processed by the staff of the owner who acts on the basis of specific instructions provided by the same regarding the purposes and methods of the processing itself.

The updated list of data processors can always be requested from the Data Controller at any time.

Retention period
The data communicated by the user for registration to the information request form – estimates – assistance are kept for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.
The data communicated to subscribe to the newsletter are kept until the request for cancellation from the same.
The navigation data are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need for the Authority to ascertain crimes).

Optional supply of data
The provision of data by users / visitors to the site is always optional; however, in the event of failure to transmit the data requested within the FERRARI s.r.l. form will not be able to provide the user with the information or services requested from time to time.
Specific summary information will eventually be reported or displayed on the pages of the site prepared for particular services on request.

Rights of interested parties
The subjects to whom the personal data refer may at any time exercise the rights provided for by art. 15-21 of EU Regulation 679/16, that is to say: access data concerning them, obtain rectification, cancellation, limitation, oppose in whole or in part their processing by contacting the Data Controller of the same, requests are processed by the holder free of charge, as soon as possible, in any case within a maximum term of one month.

Right of complaint: interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data referred to them through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as required by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take the appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the Regulation).
